Being able to move well is important for everyone, but sometimes this is not possible.
Osteoporosis
Do you have osteoporosis/ bone decalcification? Do you have a collapsed (fractured) vertebra? Or have you recently fallen and broken something? If so, moving around can be quite a challenge, even though it is precisely now that it is important to pay extra attention to exercise. If exercise causes pain, or if you are afraid of moving or falling, you will soon start moving less to avoid problems. However, exercise, can actually help strengthen your bones and maintain your strength, balance, and fitness . or or even improve.
