Complaint Resolution

Fysiotherapie de Jong is committed to the quality of care provided. We make every effort to make the treatment and contact as smooth and pleasant as possible. Nevertheless, you may have a complaint about the treatment by our physiotherapist. You may also be dissatisfied with the way in which your physiotherapist or one of our other staff members treated you. Then it is good to make your complaint known. Not only for yourself, but also for other patients and for the quality of physiotherapy.

If so, please do so with us in the first instance; talk to your physical therapist or contact one of our other staff members. In the unlikely event that we cannot work it out together, you can submit a complaint via the complaints form of the Stichting Keurmerk Fysiotherapie and an independent complaints officer will handle the complaint. Certainty about quality

The title physical therapist is protected by law. Anyone who has completed the official study, meets all the basic requirements and is registered in the BIG register of the government, may independently treat patients as a physical therapist.
To further stimulate the quality of physical therapy, the Central Quality Register Physical Therapy (CKR) was created by the professional organization Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy (KNGF). Who meets all quality requirements for treatment, practical experience, (additional) training and professional consultation and works according to the KNGF guidelines, may register in the CKR.
