Since childhood, I have always been interested in exercising and positively changing the body and lifestyle. Therefore, I spend my free time doing all kinds of sports. After completing several courses and trainings around sports, nutrition and exercise, I became a Physiofitness supervisor in the practice. Every week I enjoy motivating the athletes, instructing them and most of all making sure they can exercise in a pleasant, safe atmosphere. At the moment, I myself am studying physical therapy, which I started in 2020.
